Inspired by the desert rose, the newly-built National Museum of Qatar specified 1,398 of RCL’s DR7 luminaires to illuminate various exhibitions throughout the museum, showcasing the unique history of Qatar. Each artifact on display is perfectly illuminated by DR7s using the RCL remote controller, allowing for beam manipulation from ground level and providing ultimate flexibility in the lighting scheme. This accessibility provides adaptable lighting for new and temporary exhibits that is quick, simple and completely unrestricted by the building’s high ceilings and distinctive layout.
