Luminii Introduces Enhancements and New Additions to Its Flagship LineLED and F.O.T. LED Strip Light Collection Bolstering Higher Color Quality, Efficacy Gains, and Simplicity

Niles, Ill.—Aug. 2, 2021—Luminii, a Chicago-based manufacturer of industry-leading specification-grade architectural LED lighting systems, today announced the immediate availability of the company’s enhanced LineLED and F.O.T. (Focused Optics Technology) LED Strip Light series. Luminii’s specification-grade LED strip light series has been reimagined with careful focus on all aspects of its re-engineered product line to bring customers custom designed, one-of-a-kind lighting options.

Luminii Brilliant White LL Series: Enhanced Performance and Greater Simplicity
The all-new  Brilliant White LineLED series greatly simplifies the collection of strip light offerings by replacing Luminii’s legacy nine pitches (LEDs per foot) with just two. The current LL42 and the LL72  will continue to provide a full range of outputs while producing beautiful color quality with both CRI and R9 values exceeding 95 across all CCTs in the product range. In addition, both the LL42 and LL72 show an improved efficacy gain of more than 25% as compared to the legacy line and now exceed 90 Lm/W across the entire series.

Luminii Minii Connector™
Supporting the LL42 and LL72 is the newly introduced Luminii Minii Connector. Minii Connectors are an effortless, field-installable LED strip light accessory designed to make joining simple and seamless. Minii connectors require no soldering — simply connect leads to power or jump between sections on the same line of power. The Minii Connectors’ small form factor fits into most Luminii extrusions and maintains a tight LED pitch from strip to strip, while their transparent frame eliminates visible dark spots.

Luminii High Efficacy LL Series: Higher Output and Tight Pitch
The Luminii LL64HE LED strip joins LL48HE as a new addition to the High Efficacy LED strip family, increasing available output by 30% while still maintaining efficacy up to 125 Lm/W.  The LL64HE is available in two different power levels, providing the highest output in Luminii’s line with over 1075 lumens per foot.  When paired with Luminii extrusions for thermal control, this state-of-the-art HE LED strip light provides continuous dot-free illumination with its tight pitch. 

Luminii LL Warm Dim LED Strip Light: Warm Light without Sacrificing Color 

Luminii’s LLWD68 LED strip light is the first stand-alone warm dim product from Luminii offering all the comfort of incandescent dimming with simplified installation. Compatible with common MLV, ELV, and incandescent dimmers,  the LLWD68 closely follows the incandescent dim curve. Starting CCT of 2700K delivers 300 lm/ft at full output, shifting to warmer, soft 1900K at minimum dim levels. High color quality is maintained throughout the dimming range with CRI and R9 values above 95. 

Luminii LL RGB and RGB+W LED Strip Light: Higher Output and Infinite Color  

Luminii’s LL RGB and RGBW strip lights are similarly improved by increasing pitch for more continuous light distribution.  Higher outputs than ever before are available with HO (High Output) versions of both, a 40% increase with LL36-RGBW-HO and nearly double in LL42-RGB-HO. Luminii’s attention to design detail and color quality is evident, providing the proper balance between the color channels resulting in a pure and true white, while maintaining consistent output across the color gamut.  Infinite colors offer beautiful, cost-effective solutions for creative lighting applications.   

Luminii Focus Optics Technology (F.O.T.) Flex 

Luminii’s new F.O.T.TM Flex LED strip light collection provides two output ranges and improved efficacy over its predecessor. The F.O.T. IP67 is a collection of high-performance precision optics distinguished by its industry-leading size-to-efficacy ratio and ability to seamlessly interconnect allowing for surface mount solutions for beam control in wall washing, grazing, spot, and asymmetric distributions for limitless design scenarios. Resistant to submersion up to a maximum depth of 1m for up to 30 min, the F.O.T. IP67 is suitable for outdoor/wet location applications.  

The all-new LL and F.O.T Strip Series are available for order today. Legacy LL strip light options are only available while supplies last. The LL integration into Luminii fixtures will happen later this year.
