Luminii Corp.  is committed to providing you with the highest quality LED lighting products along with outstanding Customer Service.  Please refer to the information below with regards to initial orders, shipping, freight, returns, cancellations and limited warranty.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Luminii Corp. accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Buyers wishing to establish a line of credit must submit a completed and signed Luminii Corp. Credit Application and a copy of their Resale Certificate. A credit application can be downloaded from our website at www.luminii.com/credit. Completed applications should be faxed to the Credit Department at 224-757-7557 or scanned and email back to accounting@luminii.com.

Approved credit terms are Net 30 days. Finance charges in the amount of 1.75% per month (21% APR) will be applied to all invoices with a past due balance.  Returned checks (NSF) are the responsibility of the Buyer and are subject to a $50 charge.

Order Cancellation Policy

Luminii Corp. will not accept cancellation requests for custom orders or special orders.

Order cancellations for stock products must be submitted via email to cs@luminii.com or faxed to Customer Service at 224-757-7557 prior to 3:00 PM CST on the same day the order was placed.

Shipping Charges

Luminii Corp. ships all orders using a preferred carrier of their choice. Pre-approved “Freight Allowed” orders will be shipped via ground delivery. All orders over $1,500 will ship “Freight Allowed”.

Claims/Damages

Luminii Corp. products are carefully inspected prior to packaging and are packed properly for shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for damage occurred in transit. Please inspect the packages upon arrival for possible concealed damage to avoid risking forfeiture of a freight claim. All freight claims for damages or breakage, whether obvious or concealed, must be submitted via email to cs@luminii.com or faxed to Customer Service at 224-757-7557 within 48 hours of receipt.

 

 

Return Policy

Luminii is dedicated to providing our customers a superior shopping experience and is committed to your satisfaction. We offer refunds on unused, never installed merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling costs; however, we are unable to accept returns on custom modifications or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website). The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Luminii. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and received by Luminii in new condition and in the original packaging, including outer boxes when applicable. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, trackable shipping method to return items.

Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which can be requested by e-mailing RMA@luminii.com and items must be received by us within 30 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.

A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returns.

Limited Product Warranty

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of shipment.  Claims for defective products must be submitted in writing to Luminii’s Customer Service via email: cs@luminii.com within the warranty period. If a product does have a defect, Luminii's obligation is expressly limited to repair or replacement, without charge, at Luminii's facility after prior written return authorization has been granted. Luminii's obligation under this warranty does not extend beyond the initial cost of the product and accordingly any consequential damages or labor costs arising out of a defect are expressly excluded. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered or improperly used. Products that require a driver or a power supply must be used in conjunction with Luminii’s recommended power supply or driver to ensure safety and retain product warranty.
